Did you know?!
Children eat free at Tracks and Records every Monday!
Well they do!
With school being on Christmas holiday and with promises of a treat once everyone actually went through with exams
We thought having the older children join us at Tracks and Records would be ideal.
And it was a great move.
With the following phrase-–
‘This is the best place ever’
said repeatedly through out the time we were there it was clear that Tracks and Records was a hit.
So how does it work?
There has to be one adult to a child and the child’s meal has to come from the children’s menu or Pickney’s Pik as it is called.
The menu was a paper mat which doubled as an activity sheet. Which would normally have entertained my two except that the booth that we sat in had a table with a computer in it!
And oh what an excitement it caused when the children realised that it was filled with games and more games. Never once did they complain about how long was the food going to be!
The only downside was that the Pickney’s Pik was limited in what it offered especially if you have a child on a special diet. We worked our way around this though we just swapped meals.
Oh oh before I forget we all were tickled pink, purple and blue when we realised that we could take a picture of all of us at the table and then email it to ourselves. The joys of technology and Tracks and Records
All in all Tracks and Records Mondays would probably see us at Kid Friendly paying it a few more visits.
